This is a decent lawn trimmer for medium to small yards, since it has a cord. Not for the landscape pro, but intended for the home owner. Fairly powerful 7.5 amp motor does the job.see moreof the reviewer's review

In the start of the third season of trimming my GH3000 stopped working and Black & decker will not help. This is the 2nd different trimmer that did not make it past 3 yearssee moreof the reviewer's review

I've had this GH3000 for two years and except for the fact that the automatic string feeder really doesn't work (or if it does work, it takes too long for the line to extend), I love it! As for how to deal with extending the line, just pretend this model is like the older models, and bump the botto...see moreof the reviewer's review

Bought new, used 3-4 times, with over 15 spools of line. The line spools out and is wasted. Have to repeatedly stop, refeed line, waste of time & money. Replaced spool cap,but within 2-3 spools the line starts to unravel. Would NOT buy again and NOT recommendedsee moreof the reviewer's review

This seems to be a good string trimmer, so far. The motor has ample power, and the ergonomics are good. However, I'm not a big fan of the automatic string feeder system. I also would prefer a dual string feed to a single feed. It is overall a good unit. The biggest pro is that it has more power than...see moreof the reviewer's review

Easy, effective, versatile. I like it a lot. I'm 56, 5'4" woman and I can use this with ease. Got it on sale so it was very worth the price!see moreof the reviewer's review
