Q: can this table be left outside ? is it made of composite material ?

A: No it cannot be left outside. Right after we started using it the paint stated to wear off and warping. The legs have in and broke. Even after covering it daily and during the entire winter.

A: No this table is definitely not weather resistant. Even after covering it the paint wore off and it started warping. The legs have in and stated to break. I haven't had this product not even a year

I had such high hopes for this patio table. It is beautiful but not capable of keeping up with the weather. Even with it put away for the winter and covered while not in use during the summer it fell apart, chipped wood and peeling paint. Very disappointed in the price I paid for it to not even last one summer in Minnesota….

So I found this table on clearance and was so flipping excited because it came with a free table top fire pit (it was apparently displayed like this at the store instead of with the umbrella- this is not how it normally comes). Then when I got home I looked it up and was so bummed to hear that 90% of people had a problem with weather ruining it. So I looked up how to weatherproof outdoor items. I found a matte spray that was so transparent I thought it wasn’t working. My table has been out in the rain now for over a month and it is fine so far. However… I did notice some sun damage (color wear) which I’m not terribly concerned about right now. I’m going to put another coat on it but it has not warped or anything. The water just beads and pools on top without really penetrating the barrier. Crossing my fingers this will hold because I love this table and can’t wait to use it outside in the summer. I’m seriously considering getting a table cover though.

This table is definitely not weather proof, and the screws in the feet of the chairs left rust stains on our patio, but it is an ok table. If left in the rain the finish wears off and the sun will bleach the color out, so we cover it every night. We will likely put a coat of varnish on it to try and get more than just 1 season out of it. I would not pay full price for this table, but we got it on a sale, so it was worth it.

In less than two months outside on my patio, the tabletop warped and cracked. I should've read these reviews before purchasing. Huge hassle to disassemble, load up and return this item. Now I'm stuck with 6 matching chairs with no table. There's enough evidence here that should compel Target to stop selling this brand.

So disappointed. This table has the look but is so very poorly made. We’ve had for about a month and a half and already the wood is warping and coming apart. I would not call this an outdoor piece of furniture. Even if used inside, I can tell you it’s construction wouldn’t have held up. It’s just that crummy. The disappointment is compounded by the fact that the delivery process was a disaster (first table was gouged across the top, delivery company’s fault) and the replacement just kept getting delayed at a warehouse (again, not Target’s fault exactly). Took almost two and a half months to get this: a table that is warping within 2 months. Photos are from different areas.
