We purchased three of these bottles. They are fantasticae¦BUT the last one we purchased we didnan'tt notice that the seal was missing. We contacted Blender Bottle and wean'tre told that we need to purchase a new whole lid. This is extremely environmentally unfriendly. In a world where we are trying to cut back on waste Blender Bottle is encouraging customers to throw out a new lid and purchase a new one for the sake of a small seal. Absolutely unacceptable.

The twisting function of the bottle caused protein powder to "gunk up" and then when you twist it closed there is always a residue within the screw part of the cap. This was just not a well designed bottle for anything with powder mixed. It also doesn't seem to screw on very tightly.
Lid is incredibly fragile.

Bottle fell off bench split the plastic part of the lid and leaked like a sieve, now worthless. Hassle to purchase replacement lid. Normal wear n tear, couple dents, now the insulating characteristic gone.

I second this review: The small rubber seal on the mouth piece (NOT the large seal on the lid) is just about impossible to clean. Old liquid stays in there. The rubber seal doesnan'tt come out so itan'ts super difficult to wash. This was the perfect bottle, my all-time favorite bottle. Until I found the grossness under the seal.

There's something about being able to lock the lid that just soothes my soul. I know you can buy replacement lids for regular bottles, but how awesome would it be to be able to buy these lids as replacements and lock all the bottles!?!?!?

Love blender bottles, the lids are a little disappointing can NOT put them in the dishwasher. (They say dishwasher safe) if you do put them in the seal does not work as well, they start to leak. Wish they made the same lid lock for the bigger blender bottle.

I ordered two of the Strada bottles, unfortunately the lid locking mechanism on one of them was damaged in shipping so it doesn't full lock, but it still seals for mixing! The one that locks is my go to shaker for work so I can fill it with water ahead of time and take it in to work, no worries about messes. The stainless steel is also much easier to clean and doesn't hold on to tastes and odors if I have to leave shake remnants in it for a while. Will likely be buying more.

I use these for my protein smoothie, post workout and it keeps it fresh and cool AND since I often forget to rinse it out when I get home, after an easy soak, it comes out clean with no lingering odour. Highly recommend!

The best stainless steal insulated anything I've had. We all love blender bottles because the perfect size opening for chugging some liquid so keeping them cool too makes this the ultimate bottle for every day hydration. I've had mine now for a year or 2 and I still love it and it still works like new. Be sure to take the seals around the top out when you clean it or do a deep clean every month or so with some bleach/chlorine because gunk can definitely get in the crevices and if you're like me and opted for classic black it can be hard to spot the gunk building up that you can't easily reach during a clean. Buy it!
