My cat enjoyed the product. Unfortunately the rating is based on my experience ordering the item. The first time I ordered the item, I received one can. The product description shows 24 cans. Thankfully, customer service sent a replacement at no cost. The replacement again only had one can. Customer service refunded my transaction and instructed me to reorder again. I waited a couple of days and reordered. Again I only received a can instead of the 24 cans in the product description. Customer service refunded me and stated to wait two weeks to reorder.
