Q: Can non-stick cooking spray be used in this pan?
A:Â I disagree. I absolutely love the Blue Diamond 8" I bought a month or so ago. I use it almost every single day and I also use Pam spray. I have had NO PROBLEM at all with it and the pan cleans up beautifully every time.

Q: Where is this Blue Diamond 10" Ceramic Aluminum fry pan manufactured?

Q: I have a Copper Chef 10" pan. Will the glass lid from it fit the Blue Diamond pan?
A:Â I went ahead and bought one and the copper chef lid fits the 10 inch pan perfectly.

Q: Does the handle get hot?
A:Â Yes, it does. But it is worth a potholder for the nonstick surface and even cooking.
