I liked how crispy it is. The flavore was very well covering the chip. But you are still able to taste the almonds. I was very pleasantly surprised at how both flavors came threw. And it's not a small chip

I first tried these when I received a sample in the mail. They have an amazing crunch and a very cheesy flavor. The only drawback is that you don't receive a lot for your money when you purchase a regular sized box. Maybe it's just me, but the term nut thins, made me think that they would be healthier than they actually are.

Pretty much it's a given you need a cheese flavored cracker to compete the likes of those goldfish cracker in your snack rotation. Out of all the gluten free cheese crackers we've tried, these are the tastiest ones. They have a clear cheese flavor. They are not overpowered by any nut or bitter notes like other brands. It's crispy and light.

Blue Diamond nut thins were pretty good. They had a cheddar coding which was very cheddary. And they were nice and crisp. Just not my go to for gluten free crackers but definitely better than some.
