Q: How in the world do you get the slippery little drill bits out??

A: The small 1" bits can be tricky to remove by hand. If you have a small set of pliers, you can use them to help disconnect the bit from the magnetic base.

Q: Where are the drill bits stored? How do you get them out of the drill to use?

A: Hello Valued Customer. This screwdriver is compatible with 1/4” hex shank bits. To insert the bit directly into the chuck, align the bit with the chuck and push in until secure. If a bit holder is being used, insert the bit into the holder and then insert the hold into the tool’s chuck. To remove the bit or bit holder, simply pull it out of the chuck. Please note: Always use a bit holder when fitting the short bits! Do not buy. Literally doesn’t work. I can screw in a screw by hand with a regular screw driver better and faster than this thing. Not sure what they think you’re screwing into other than a piece of foam, this will not work. Don’t waste your money.

This drill will help you get the job done… as long as it’s a small job. It’s much better than using a manual screwdriver but not powerful enough for a tough job. I bought this to build a wooden cabinet and it got me through. Charging was slightly annoying because you can’t drill and charge at the same time. But it’s a good value for the low price.

This is terrible quality! I bought it to assemble a little tv stand I bought off amazon. Only half way through and the screw tip is completely warped! Metal flakes were braking off into my hand! What a waste of money!!! I can't even get the screw tip out to replace it so I can't even use it again and I couldn't even complete one project with it!!!

I bought this drill specifically to wire my framed artwork. The frames I use are made of wood. I did some pilot holes with a handheld screwdriver and then tried to use the drill. The drill barely had the force to screw the first screw. It didn't work at all on the second screw. In the end, I had to use my handheld screwdriver to finish the job. I will be returning the drill.

This is more of a toy drill, purchased due to the low cost and infrequent use. First, after opening the package, the charger port broke off the first time charging. Second, when attempting to drill in the pre-drilled holes, the drill was not powerful enough to drive the screws into the predrilled sockets. This item will be returned.
