Awesome Almond Flour
I use Almond Flour for making an almond cake. I give the cakes as welcoming gifts, school bazaars or just family get togethers. Everyone is surprise when they ask the ingredients and I say almond flour. I've made the cake and also small loaves. They freeze well.

Best for gluten free baking
My husband is gluten free so very often I will use that flour making cupcakes, cookies and adding it to breads as well. The price of the product is definitely a little bit cheaper at Target than other stores

Good Value
So much cheaper thank other grocery stores! This 16oz bag is a better value per ounce than the larger 32oz.

Good quality but too expensive.
I bought this to make almond paste and frangipane easier than pulsing almonds. It worked out fabulously - but for the price to quantity ratio it will likely be the one and only time I purchase it. I’ll stick to pulsing down slivered almonds.

Dont get excited to use this
Absolute trash. Read everything online to make sure I portioned correctly. I make the same cookies almost twice a week. And this obliterated them and they taste awful. Will not be purchasing again.

Hello and thank you for your review. Almond Flour can be tricky to use especially if you are using it to replace regular/wheat flour in a recipe. We would love to hear more details about your experience and possibly troubleshoot if it would be helpful. You can reach us at customerservice@bobsredmill.com.

Excellent for low carb muffins!!
Great for baking! Made blackberry lemon muffins with this almond flour brown sugar substitute eggs and greek yogurt and they turned out super moist and flavorful. Almond flour is my new go-to for healthy baking. Yes it’s a bit pricey but still less than having health related issues :) Will be using it in brownies next.

Good
Solid brand and consistent quality. I will still sift it before adding to whatever I am baking just for it to be a little "lighter" and typically I add it to a gluten-free flour mix to bulk it up just a tad. If you bake alot or tend to make bigger batches, the bag is on the smaller side, and it will not last super long. But it is a good flour and worth trying.

Too expensive !
didn't realize what a small bag this was for the price. I literally had a small amount left (1/4 cup) after using 2 cups to make keto bread. that's a crazy price for only enough to make one small loaf of Keri bread.

Great taste - Using as a bread crumb substitute
Lately I’ve been using this as a substitute for bread crumbs! I use them in meatballs, and the subtle flavor really compliments ground beef. Tastes great!

Love the Waffles...make extra to freeze!
I usually make waffles with the pancake mix. I always add cinnamon and usually sift in powdered buttermilk and chopped pecans. They are a big hit with the grandchildren. I usually increase the batter when making for myself, so I can freeze a few to pop in the toaster next time!!!

Super - fine Almond flour is fine and super!
My favorite way to use super-fine Almond Flour is when I am making sugar free frosting for cakes, cupcakes, and cinnamon rolls. It really adds a great texture and flavor!
