Description

Bob's Red Mill Hulled Hemp Seed Hearts are beautiful little seeds with a serious nutritional bang. These raw seeds hold 10g of plant-based, vegetarian protein in each serving, plus omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, and a wealth of other minerals. These seeds are mild in flavor and can be almost inconspicuously added to just about any dish - salads, smoothies, pastas, yogurts, cereals, and even ice cream! They are also a great addition to baked goods such as breads and cookies or in dips, dressings, and sauces.

Hemp seeds can be an acquired taste! I personally love them. I add it to oatmeal, pancake mix, cereal, protein shakes, and smoothies. They’re a great way to get extra protein in from a plant based source. I really wish they sold these in a larger sized bag because I go through it so quickly!

I love the hulled hemp seeds! They create another layer o flavor, (in addition to the chia and flax seeds), in my smoothies. The hemp seeds add a smooth, almost velvety consistency to my smoothies, and actually help with constipation.
