bObsweep PetHair SLAM Wi-Fi Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop - Jet: Smart Mapping, HEPA Filter, Pet Hair, App Control

I really wanted one w a mopping feature and find I never use it. In the time it takes so add the attachments and water I could’ve just done it myself. And for my carpet/tile apt it’s odd to me that it “mops” over carpet to get to the tiles areas. Also I always have a location error, 1/2 the time the navigation is off and the vacuum doesn’t do what is programmed to.

Was great when it actually worked for the first month. Gets easily clogged with hair, which is part of what it is intended for. And then it died after two months and would not restart. Now I have to do a hard reset to try to get it to work again.

I LOVE this vacuum! I was worried when I bought it because I’d never heard of the brand, but let me tell you how great it is! We live in the desert and have three indoor cats. The majority of our house is tile floors. There is a constant supply of so much cat hair and dust coming in with the wind. Bob easily mapped out our house and takes care of getting all the dust and cat hair off the floor. He transitions easily from tile to our average height carpet. We even have two weird ramp-like transitions between rooms and he handles them no problem. The previous robot vacuum brand that I bought stopped at the edge and wouldn’t move to that part of the house. Bob handles it like a champ! The only issues that we’ve had with Bob are more of a learning curve on our part than anything. Absolutely pick up any cords, phone chargers, strings, hair ties, etc. because Bob WILL eat them and stop. Also, you have to block off any areas where Bob can get stuck. His favorite place to get stuck in my house is under the edge of the couch. Unfortunately, it’s just the right height for him to drive under and not be able to get out. We find him chillin there a lot because he gets stuck and can’t get unstuck so he just stops. He does have a cute little sound that he makes every once in a while to get your attention when he gets stuck. Bob is super easy to take apart to clean out any strings or things that got stuck around the brushes. It took me a few tries to figure out how to open the dust bin to dump it but once you figure it out, it’s super easy. I had a problem trying to set up an account in the app. I contacted Bob support and they told me to set up the account on a computer, then login to the app because they are having a known issue with it telling you that an account already exists when it doesn’t. They’re working on fixing it, but there’s an easy workaround, and I appreciate the responsiveness of their support department. I haven’t actually use the app yet but from what I’ve experienced with Bob so far I’m sure that will be just as impressive. Definitely happy with this purchase and recommending Bob to everyone I know!

So far this is doing a great job. No complaints. We have it programmed to go everyday at 7 am. Not too loud. Works well.

Died after 3 months of occasional use.

I am loving Bob! He sweeps and mops and makes my floor cleaning routine a breeze. I especially enjoy the clean by room feature, made easy by Bob's intelligent mapping.

App is nice and the mapping feature seems to be excellent. It is picking up pet hair wonderfully and is not too loud.

DO NOT BUY my Bob keeps giving me a LiDAR bumper error. There is no LiDAR bumper on the manual just bumper. The error is vague saying “dirty or obstructed” even though it is not. I tried trouble shooting on their website with videos and they say basically what the error says. So i messaged customer support and they said “have you tried cleaning the bumper or checking if there are any obstructions?” Very frustrating. I will be returning.

Wow. I mean l've been in the market for a robot vacuum for awhile and could never land on one until I crossed paths with this. This Bobsweep with LiDar tech is the best. I've had this for about 2 months and l've yet to encounter a problem. I have two cats that shed and I would CONSTANTLY sweep... Not anymore. It's getting EVERYTHING. It gets litter and cat hair not problem. I've yet to have to detangle anything. The app makes it so easy and with the LiDar technology you can see your rooms in the app and set schedules and no sweep zones. Also can connect it to Google and Alexa and it's nice to just tell Google " the floor is dirty " and Bob takes action and gets it done. After, it docks itself and you can check the battery percentage in the app. 10/10 . This is not a paid review. This is my actual thoughts.

Horrible vacuum stopped working after a few months, just died.

Fast and easy cleaning, just push start and the while house is cleaned! I don't know why I waited so long to purchase. Highly recommended!

It’s so easy to use. I am able to turn it on while I’m at work and the floor will be clean when I get home.

I've had the Austin for a few weeks and it's doing a great job. The battery life is adequate. It doesn't get stuck on as many things as my prior robot vacuum would (different brand). I would recommend.

Love this Robotic vacuum. It is so quiet and has great suction power to pick up the hair from my cats. It was east to set up and navigates well@

We've had our new BOBSWEEP for about a month and are completely overjoyed at not having to constantly sweep up scattered cat litter. "Billy Bob" (he needed renaming), the overlord of scattered kitty litter messes, handles the sweeping up of litter on tiled floors, and with the Quick Clean Spot Clean option, little messes get picked up without much effort. We've also used it on the carpet and are very pleased with the job it does - the carpet is kept looking clean and groomed between biweekly vacuuming with a regular vacuum. It was a supper easy set up and maintenance has been a breeze so far.

So far so good. The vacuum feature works really well, and expect that the mopping feature will too. I like that you can schedule the cleanings.

Bob is a great vacuum! He runs about once or twice every week. The only downside is that the brushes get bent out of shape pretty easily so I am happy there is a replacement set that came in the box. There is also a replacement filter in the box. Otherwise he does a pretty good job of picking everything up (mostly cat hair, human hair, and dust) and I am happy with the purchase overall. He even picked up a screw and it didn't break him. I especially love that he can map out the entire floor and then be restricted to clean or avoid certain areas. It is pretty easy to get the hair dislodged from the roller brush as well.

bObsweep is a great way to get rid of the "dust bunnies" and "hair tumbleweeds" that pets leave in a house. We had a short-haired and long-haired dog that made it a constant battle to keep the floors and carpet clean. bObsweep is able to get between the chairs and table without moving furniture all over the place. When is the last time you lifted a mattress to vacuum under the bed? b0bsweep includes the area under the bed on the daily grid, no lifting a mattress is necessary. When the battery needs charging, it returns to the docking station and charges itself!

Such a helpful little vacuum, works so well with my 2 cats! Charges super fast and is good as long as you pick up and leave the floor clear so it doesn’t get stuck :)
