I have been so scared and doing tons of research to find the perfect robot vacuum for our pets as they shed a lot, and it’s truly amazing what Bob is capable of doing, he is easy to work with, have built a connections with our pets (literally) and gets the job done, quietly and quickly. We highly recommend!

I purchased this product approximately a year ago. I waited to write a review until we had used all of its features. I can’t say enough about this bObsweep vacuum! It was easy to set up, it’s easy to empty (I recommend after each use), and the app is user friendly. Because we run him everyday, when we wanted to replace the filters and brushes, ordering was a breeze and customer service exceptional!

Picks up pet hair okay. This vacuums need a lot of maintenance. Wheels and brush kept getting clogged. I emptying the canister every day and it didn’t help. Finally, after two weeks there was an error saying the main brush was clogged. Clear the dog hair and tried to reset it but the error kept happening. Super disappointing for a vacuum that markets for pets. Returned it the next day. We also have a Eufy that was a lot cheaper and doesn’t get clogged or stick like this.

Sure, we expected Bobsweep to pick up dog and cat hair, leaves, lint etc. And it does a fine job of that. But did we realize underneath all the carpets was enough dirt to plant a garden? I am amazed at the deep cleaning Bob is doing.

Bought this on sale after my iRobot was inoperable. The map is useless where is “shows” where Bob has cleaned. It does not alert you when it becomes stuck somewhere. Has yet to return to the charging station like it’s supposed to. It is quieter than the iRobot.
Great customer service in resolving issues and handy device to keep the house clean during pandemic!

This is a great product to alleviate the increased housework in the current pandemic. With everyone (including 2 children under 5) home, our floor felt constantly dirty. Instead of vacuuming and mopping manually everyday, I just set Bob to vacuum while we are sleeping and then mop in the morning. It has been godsend and probably save my marriage. We had issues with the mop attachment but the customer service was very prompt in sending us a new mop attachment and postage to send bob in for check-in. The issues has been resolved and we had wonderful experience and would definitely recommend bOb vacuum and mop. We are planning on getting a second one for our bedrooms.

I love our new addition to the family! I have two big dogs and the hair on the floor was always the problem. Now I get to enjoy clean floor every morning when I come downstairs because Bob is scheduled to vacuum everyday at 10pm while we are upstairs.
