  • A: Tendonitis, or tennis elbow, is an inflammation caused by repetitive movements. Arnica is indicated for this type of pain, based on the anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties of its components (especially helenalin).

It’s a great product that I have been using for awhile now. Both for personal use and with my business. I appreciate that it is un scented and absorbs quickly and is an excellent product to use for my massage clients. I’ve been recommending it to my clients and friends for years.

Great on bruises

I have been using Arnica gel for years and have always found it to be an effective way to help aid in bruise healing. I don't really use it for muscle soreness, but I definitely notice my bruises get less tender and go away faster when I use this stuff. I like that it doesn't have artificial fragrance, though the natural fragrance can be a bit off-putting. It does go away pretty quickly. The gel usually sinks in pretty quickly and doesn't stay tacky on the skin. If you try to layer it, it can start pilling up, though. Overall, this product is a staple in my medicine cabinet.

Easy, Effective Plant Based Gel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In order to see good results with Arnicare, you really need to be consistent with it. I used it for about a week after experiencing some muscle soreness in my leg. It was easy to apply and rub in to the skin and I did see some improvement after a few days of soreness instead of my usual week or more of getting rid of sore muscles. Key word is CONSISTENCY with this gel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After getting Botox and fillers, I used the Arnicare Gel to sooth and relieve my face from the stings and puffiness of the injections. The Arnicare Gel provided a cooling and calming effect as well as moderate to light pain relief. Three and a half stars!

Not a big fan of the smell, but it’s effective so I put up with it when necessary. The gel makes it dry faster (and thus the smell goes away quicker) than cream arnica products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you influenster and Arnicare for sending me your pain relieving gel to try out and review for you. I have a-lot of pain in my legs and in my lower back so I was excited to try out this pain relieving gel, it doesn’t have much of a smell at all so that was a good thing because some of the pain relieving creams and gel’s smell so badly but when it came to relieving my leg and back pain, I’m sorry to say but I didn’t feel any relief at all. I had high hopes that the gel would relieve my pain but it didn’t faze it. I’m sorry but I can’t recommend this pain relieving gel.
