Use No7 Cleansing wipes morning and evening as the first step in your skincare routine. Remove one wipe from the pack and seal lid immediately to prevent wipes from drying out. I had been using the previous version of these in the blue packaging for years, they were amazing. When these biodegradable ones first came out I tried them, hoping they would be the same formula as the blue, just a different wipe. I was super disappointed… they are a completely different formula. The package doesn’t stay closed, they dry out before the pack is used up, and to top it off, they don’t remove makeup nearly as well as the other ones. The ONLY thing these have going for them is the fact they are biodegradable. I’m bummed the other ones seem to now have been discontinued.

these are the best makeup wipes I've ever used. somehow they leave your skin feeling refreshed and hydrated without leaving any kind of oily or slimey feeling residue. the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I think they could be more moist. you do have to put some pressure in to get all of the product off of your face but I'm able to remove everything even eye makeup with just 1 wipe. the formula is so sensitive that I can SCRUB I mean really scrub my lashline to get all mascara and eyeliner off and it's never irritated my eyes one bit. I will only use these from now on!!

I have used this brand of wipes exclusively for years. The old version in the blue packaging was absolutely amazing. The formula has changed and now they do not remove make-up, they smell horrible, they are barely moist and they made my face itch. The new biodegrable formula comes in the white packaging and is such a disappointment. Fingers crossed they bring back the original formula.

I used to LOVE these but the new formula is horrible and smells terrible. It actual caused a stye to form on one of my eyes. I threw a double box away but I would have returned them if I would have kept the original box. I will never buy these again. They messed up a great product.

I have been using No7 wipes for years but the new version is awful! They are barely wet and do not remove all of my mascara. I have sensitive skin and No7 was the only brand that worked for me. The new version of wipes has caused red blotches and burning skin on my face along with stinging eyes. It is definitely not the same formula! I am so disappointed!

I used to love no 7’s fave wipes and was excited they’re now biodegradable. Unfortunately I don’t these. They have a weird smell. Almost peanut-y. They made my eyes water and feel sticky. They got the makeup off better but irritated my skin. That’s why I loved the original ones. Super disappointed and was so excited I bought the big pack. Donating them to someone else.

I’ve been using the No. 7 make-up removing wipes for years. They are the only ones that do not irritate my skin and they remove mascara easily. I ran out and went to buy more at the store and realized that they changed the packaging. That made me a little nervous but I wasn’t too concerned. I’ve used these new ones now 2 nights in a row. They must have reformulated them as well as change the packaging because these new ones suck! They don’t remove mascara like they used to. You have to wipe hard and numerous times to get even a little bit of the make-up off. I’m super disappointed!

The scent is horrible. I have used Boots #7 wipes for years in my daily routine. I am so disappointed that they have discontinued the previous wipes and replaced them with these. These are not luxurious like the others I have used for years, and do not leave my face with an all over clean and moisturized feeling. These new wipes are only good for eye makeup, if you can get over the scent. My husband shaves his head and also used the original Boots wipes to freshen up his bald pate every night before bed. They need to bring them back!
