Use No7 Cleansing wipes morning and evening as the first step in your skincare routine. Remove one wipe from the pack and seal lid immediately to prevent wipes from drying out. Close your eyes and sweep over your face and neck, no need to add water. Do not flush or discard with household waste. Follow with your No7 serum, eye cream & moisturizer.

I agree with others. This newest version burns my eyes, rougher, drier, and do not smell pleasant. I do not understand the reason for the change, but they need to go back to the lab and try again, the old ones were amazing.

Why would you change something that works? The new packaging is awful. I’ve been using this for years but I guess I’ll have to find another product. I remember when it was Boots of London. It seems that whoever is in charge now with No. 7 has really taken it downhill. A lot of products I used to use from them are gone or changed and not die the better. Oh well. Guess I need to find another skin care line.

The new wipes do no remove all the makeup. I’m left with traces of makeup and the new biodegradable formula burns the skin around my eyes. They are awful! I loved the old ones, they were the best wipes but not anymore. Definitely won’t be buying these anymore.

I have been buying the Boots No7 wipes for years and LOVED them. All the sudden packaging and everything about them changed. First off, the packaging. The snap close opening was great. Kept the wipes sealed and damp. The new, "sticky" closure is horrible. The minute you pull a damp wipe out the sticky closure doesn't stick as well anymore and every time you pull one out it's less and less sticky/sealed. I had to place them in a Ziplock bag to keep them from drying out. The wipes also smell differently and they no longer even attempt to remove my eye makeup. I'm very disappointed with the changes to this product and will look to find something to replace them, which is a unfortunate because I really loved these wipes before.

The first time I used them they burned and irritated my skin and I almost returned them but I thought I'd give them another try since I LOVE No.7 products and I'm glad I did because they work great and didn't burn or irritate my skin. Not sure what the deal was but it's not happening anymore.

I agree with other reviewers, these have changed Dramatically from what they were. these were my favorite wipes for years, before I could remove waterproof mascara, now I can't even begin to remove my mascara. I have to use generic wipes from albertsons that I got out of desperation. These wipes are so rough and do not work whatsoever, they are too thick/course to even try using on my eyelashes. Why did it change? Packaging, product, wipe material? why? you lost another customer.

These are NOT the same item I have purchased numerous times in the past. I thought I was just getting the wrong item shipped but reading the last few reviews that doesn't seem to be the case. Very upsetting if these have been updated but the picture is still the old ones. These new ones are not cleansing wipes but just makeup remover wipes and for someone that doesn't even wear make up these are no good to me!
