A:Â Yes, the jar and lids are designed for canning, however, when using in canning/preserving the lid will need to be replaced after every use.

A:Â 15 cL means 15 centiliters. Centiliters are 1/100th of a liter. 15 cL is equal to 150 mL, or about 5 fl oz. 20 cL is equal to 200 mL, or about 6.75 do oz.

I purchased this canning bottle to store my homemade salad dressing, and while it is a cute bottle that I receive compliments on, the inside of the lid has already started to rust. I've only used it a handful of times and have handwashed and air dried the bottle and lid. For the price, I wouldn't expect the lid to have rusted already. Perhaps it's just a faulty lid, but I wouldn't purchase again.

I love this beautiful little jar. I use it to hold half-and-half for my coffee. Unfortunately it doesn’t pour into a cup very cleanly, so it needs to be wiped off. As for complaints about the cap rusting, they must have changed the design, because my cap has a white coating inside. No rust.
