Bormioli Rocco Swing Bottle 34oz

We loved this bottle to hold our mouthwash on the bathroom counter. Looks so much better than the regular bottle! I love it!

I bought a few of these swing tops for brewing kombucha and it was definitely a mistake! The whole point of using a swing top bottle is so the lid will pop open if the pressure inside the bottle is too high. Well, yesterday I came home to find glass EVERYWHERE because this bottle completely exploded! The glass didn’t just break, it exploded and sent tiny shards of glass (along with the kombucha and fruit inside the bottle…) all over my room. It took over an hour to clean up the mess and find all the tiny pieces of glass. If you plan to put any liquid in this glass bottle that may be under pressure, don’t do it! This glass is thinner and cheaper than your average swing top, the swing top will completely fail, defeating the purpose of using it.

Exploded within a couple weeks of use. My husband likes to use bottles like these for soda water. One of them just exploded in his hand! Luckily the shards didn't go too terribly deep, but he sure bled a lot. Very disappointed, as it sounds like several other people have had the same issue with carbonated beverages. These really should have a disclaimer or be recalled. Someone could get seriously injured! He's lucky he didn't need stitches! Seems to work great for water or whatever though, I guess.

I bought three of these for bottling kombucha and within six months, two of them have already exploded during fermentation. I thought the first break was a fluke, but the second happened on just the second day after bottling. Thankfully I was storing them in a bin, so the glass was contained. These are not durable!

Seals great. Used in my sous vide with no problems.

Purchased a couple of these bottles for when having dinner guests. Got the idea from a restaurant I patronized recently. The size is PERFECT to refill water glasses at the table. Very stylish. So GLAD Target had them available at the low price. DEFINTELY RECOMMEND using this vs. water pitcher. Takes a lot less room on the dining table too. :-)

I purchased this glass bottle in September. It is now March and it just fell apart. I didn’t drop it, the glass just crumbled. It wasn’t very thick glass but I did expect it to last longer than a few months. I won’t buy from this company again

This bottle is great for simple syrup. The top keeps the syrup sealed and fresh throughout the multiple uses. This bottle is easy to clean and use. It looks great on my bar. The bottle fits in my hand (I am a small woman) and can be maneuvered easily.

I use these when brewing my own kombucha and they are great for preserving the “fizz” since the seal is air tight. Noticed a big improvement from using bottles with a screw on lid.

This bottle, which doesn't have a rubber gasket, is not air tight and so is totally useless.

This is a great brand and it’s the perfect size for us.
