Great at first, but the long-term quality let down

I got the QC20 for Christmas in 2014 in Denmark. I have loved them for their great fit, sound and noise cancelling. But about 6 months ago, the cable started breaking. I know I have owned them for a long time, but such a high-end and expensive product, should come with a better build quality. I patc...see moreof the reviewer's review

Amazing Noise Cancelling but Weak Wires

4 out of 5 stars
miraziz 28 days ago
These headphones work exactly as advertised: I've worn them on 14 hour flights, through loud city streets and in quiet areas, and I've had no issues with comfort, noise cancelling or noise leaking. My main issue with them: the wires fray after about a year of use. I had one previous set exchanged...see moreof the reviewer's review

Great Sound, Clunky Design

The sound quality is stellar and nothing short of what I have come to expect from Bose. I am an unwavering and devoted fan of this brand, however, the design is where these headphones fail me. Initially, the rechargeable battery pack makes for an impressive feature. You can toggle the noise cancella...see moreof the reviewer's review

I have been a regular user of QC 20 since its launch. Here's my verdict. The clarity of sound delivered is absolutely fantastic. However, the effectiveness of noise cancellation is partial. Does a great job of cancelling low frequency sounds like aircraft engine humm, train noises etc. However, you ...see moreof the reviewer's review

I've had these for a few weeks now and am impressed with how good the sound quality is and how well they cancel outside noise. As a commuter on a train everyday, they come in handy in greatly reducing noise from the train and announcements. They worked well on a transatlantic flight to help me sle...see moreof the reviewer's review

I bought these headphones because I have some devices with no bluetooth available like nintendo switch or inflight media. I own the QC 30 and the sound quality is superb! So I thought QC were goin to perform the same way, since they almost have the same price and same technology. EQ of the QC 20 is ...see moreof the reviewer's review

Best in-ear noise cancelling headpones

4 out of 5 stars

Just bought another pair just because I couldn't find any pair that would come even close to these... However the reason I had to buy a second pair is because when using my first pair I started to hear static in both ears when the active noise canceling was on :(see moreof the reviewer's review

I have gone through 3 pairs in 4 years, they all have had the exact same issue. The volume button no longer works. Good sound for the short time they work.see moreof the reviewer's review
