Had for about 2 months thoroughly enjoyed. Great audio, best Ive ever experienced for in ear headphones. Loved that there was no sound bleed like my previous headphones so I could listen at any volume without people around me hearing. Noise cancellation like nothing I’ve ever experienced and loved the more transitioning between quiet and aware. App very easy to use and navigate. Battery lasted very long, half a day easy. Case kind of big, but this makes for harder to lose. at first had connectivity issues with iPhone where I had to manually pair but this eventually would auto connect. Two cons were that fit could be an issue as at the start I’d have one do the buds consistently slip out as the seal fit makes your ears sweat, but this eventually went away. This fit was also noticed after long periods of wear, as after a long time or if wearing during sleep some level of discomfort was felt. Also, each pair is serially linked to its case meaning that if any parts are lost the whole unit needs to be replaced, which I learned the hard way after losing my case in the path and being left with the earbuds. However, I’m thinking about upgrading to the Quietcomfort 2s as those can be used with replacement case if need be and seem to be slightly better, despite me slightly preferring the originals design

I got my bose quietcomfort ear buds for Father's day and fir the money that was spent they suck. Can only use the right one by itself so if it dies have to wait for to charge. Then while on a call the caller can't even understand u all they hear is the background noise. It's very fascinating

Hello Garay, Thanks for leaving your thoughts on the QC Earbuds II. An update was released earlier this year that lets you choose the left earbud instead of the right earbud for singular use. Please update the firmware of the buds to get the option in the Bose Music app and this will resolve your first issue. With the caller not being able to hear you, this would suggest you are not pointing the buds directly at your mouth properly due to improper fit of the buds. I have been using this brand for several years and the quality of their products is incredible. I had a rare really bad customer service experience at the end of 2022, but aside from that, Bose was the best in customer service and now is still THE one when it comes to sound quality comfort and easy of use.

Needs an update so that my QC can have mono use. I dislike anything in my dominant right ear since the majority of the people also sit to my right and i can drown out the wind from my left window. Left ear bud is not able to function without the right. It automatically disconnects my bluetooth or still scans. So if an update would correct this in a heartbeat youd get 5 stars all around. I made thorough comparisons with the QC2 and chose the QC because its' charge time was faster and the features werent really a massive difference. Unfortunately i wasn't able to try on the demo because of covid to test the comfort. The app will only function if you have the earbuds too

This was a replacement for some traditional in ear buds where noise cancelling was compromised due to poor fit, and they have been a revelation. The fit is good and the upgraded app provides an equaliser facility that provides great sound options. Battery life is good and product is quality.
