I had some QC 35s, and I wanted an upgrade and, honestly, the usb-c charging. The sound on these is absolutely phenomenal, as I expected, as is the noise canceling. Everything I hope for and have come to expect from Bose headphones. I'm still fiddling with the settings and options, as I've never delved into the app before, but it's fairly intuitive. Battery life is fine. More comfortable than the older ones. And I got that fetching blue, and they look great.

Previously owned 2 qc's blown away loved the pure quality. Got the ultra, great features works well ergonomics are perfect. Brilliant sound as expected from bose pruducts. However every now and then the system seems to crash and becomes unresponsive and unusable for a short period of time. Also within a short period I've had to replace the cushions as they had split on the seem. Given the extra cost for the ultra upgrade I'm a little let down by the quality of materials. Such a shame I was bose's biggest advocate when discussing headphones the QC's were perfect and bullet proof, tough string whilst 100% reliable great battery and undeniably the best sound. I hope this is rectified quick. However I'm concerned I need evidence quality is improved before I purchase a replacement

I’ve been using this for about a month now. The audio quality is great. The headphones comfort is also great. I noticed though when I’m using my phone and get a call and answer the headphones disconnects from the phone. I’ve also noticed the sound quality of the headphones is really bad during calls.

These are my first high quality headphones I bought and it didn’t disappoint at all. Its called Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra and its quiet and comfortable. Especially living in london, the noise cancellation is crazy good and the over ear feel is excellent. Couldn’t recommend it more.

These are the best headphones I've ever owned. A high quality product and fantastic sound. I'm a bit of an audiophile who likes heavier music and these sound wonderful. Very comfortable fit and no noise on flights. Highly recommended.

I've had these for a little under a year and I have mostly good things to say about them. Very nice sounding and very good noice cancelling are about what you'd expect for the price. The immersive audio processing is a nice bonus. A little bit overhyped, but a nice feature. Dual Bluetooth connectivity works...mostly. they will occasionally lose connection or randomly shut off and I have to go through a cold restart or they reconnect without any sound. This happens at least once a day The ear pads are quite comfortable...and quite flimsy. The stitching was coming apart after just a couple of months. I use them daily and after repscing the pads once from Bose and having them come apart after a few more months I bought pads from a third party manufacturer. Bose charges $30 for the pads so there's no excuse for the lack of durability.

Don't trade in your 700s if you like their control

The QC Ultras are comfortable, sound great, and have excellent noise cancelling, but I expected that. I much prefer the touch controls of the QC700 and I wish the Ultras had the same controls. The longer battery life of the Ultras is nice, but my 700s had a recharging case. I regret trading in my 700s for the Ultras for a relatively small discount. The Ultras fit a little more securely.

These are better than the sonys. And I mean both the headphones and the earbuds. If you like low end deep bass, get these. If you prefer a higher end tight/punchy headphones, get the sony xm5. But after using these for a while, the sonys remind me of a demo version of what they could be.

Good headphones, bad experience

I brought these early summer/spring because i wanted to invest in a good pair of headphones fpr my alevels. At the beginning these were perfect. However after a few months, the right ear started playing up where it didnt sound like the left ear exactly, being annoying. On top of that, they refused to pair forcing me to replace them under warranty. After getting a new pair with a smooth customer experience getting these replaced, they were no hassle, after a month at most the 2nd pair is already playing up where the right earcup sounds slightly different than the left one, as the bass in the right sounds messy. idk if sleeping using these headphones messes them up or just using them most of the day, but i expected a lot better from top of the line headphones.
