I have been buying the Bota Sauv Blanc for years and it was my all time fave reasonably priced, portable, crisp, fresh tasting Sauv Blanc. In the past 3 months the taste has declined significantly to the point I have returned boxes to my wine store. I have now bought my last box of Bota Sauv Blanc. I can’t even drink it it tastes so terrible. If this was the first, second or even third time this has happened I would give it another shot but I’ve literally had to return and now dump 7 boxes in 3 months.

At this time, the wine industry is not required to provide exact values for wines, mostly because wine blends change vintage to vintage, and sometimes even within a single vintage. However, if you email us at info@botabox.com, and provide the varietal you want information on, we would be happy to provide the estimated values. Alternatively, you can visit https://fdc.nal.usda.gov/fdc-app.html#/?query=wine which provides approximate nutritional values. Simply enter the term ‘wine’, and it will populate with several varietals and their information.

I love the dry rose Bota box, but this one is honestly so disgusting. Like absolutely the worst sauv blanc I have ever tasted. I would legit say buy a gas station wine over this. But if you want to quit drinking, you should buy this, because after you have a glass or two of this you'll say bye bye to alcohol for quite awhile!

I stumbled upon this wine while trying to find something with less sugar than Moscato, which is (was) my favorite. The BB Moscato is also awesome, btw! I didn't think I would like a wine with very little sugar but this is delicious! Not too dry either and I love the packaging. I was reading that some brands add sugar to sauvignon blanc. Is there any added sugar in Bota Box? Doesn't matter even if there is as I've tried other brands of sauvignon blanc and they just don't taste nearly as good. I'm sticking with BB!

I love the flavor of this wine. Tastes so much like grapefruit that I have to ask, is there grapefruit juice, zest or any part of grapefruit in it? That is something I cannot have on my chemotherapy. Would like to know if I can drink this wine.

Hello there! Bota Box is made with grapes. There is no grapefruit in any of our wines. Aromas in wine come from the grapes themselves. Yes, Loves It! Was tired of buying large bottles and the ruining them by not finishing them or even regularly bottles, carrying those are not fun. This has light flavor, dry but not tart. Good price, in my opinion, for a boxed wine.
