My baby never really had a diaper rash but when we tried to change her diaper brand she got a small rash around her legs. When I used this the rash was gone only a few hours later. Then when we tried to switch to pull-ups months after. Our baby got a true diaper rash. Not terrible, but enough to say...see moreof the reviewer's review

...that I have tried so far. Definitely has beaten out Desitin from my experience. Still have a few other brands to try, but so far this one beats all.

Love the fact that this product is not as sticky and hard to get off your hands and the smell is a lot more natural compared to the other diaper rash cream (D******). It doesn't seem to work on my little one for the bad rashes, but for little rashes and to prevent chaffing, it seems to do all right!...see moreof the reviewer's review

I received boudreaux's maximum strength butt paste to sample. I have to say that it's hands down the best diaper rash cream on the market! My 1 year old daughter gets stubborn heat rashes and this is my go to cream. I highly recommend it to anyone. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]see moreof the reviewer's review

I was first introduced to butt paste at a baby shower at my work. I thought it had a very silly name, but several co-workers swore by its effectiveness. When I became I made sure to have a tube of the regular and extra strength. We have been blessed that my son has only had a very bad diaper rash a ...see moreof the reviewer's review

This is the best diaper rash cream I have ever used! You can literally see the rash getting better within one diaper change. And every time I put it on at night, my baby wakes up to the rash almost completely gone. I definitely recommend this product over every other rash cream out there! This is one of the best diaper creams I’ve tried with my kids. I have three kinds, and I’ve tried a variety of creams. The butt paste heals diaper rash quickly and works well to prevent further diaper issues due to moisture or sensitive skin.
