Use the tips & visuals in this guide to make taking your child's body measurements easy-peasy.

Dont have a fabric tape measure? Use a shoelace or pant leg to measure. Then, lay it flat & use a ruler or tape measure to get a numerical measurement.

How to measure

  • Height

    Have your child stand in front of the fridge.Mark the top of the head with a magnet. Measure a straight line from floor to magnet.

  • Chest

    Have your child make airplane arms. Wrap tape measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping it level & snug.

  • Waist

    With your child bending to one side, measure the point where the waist flexes naturally. Keep the tape level & comfortably loose.

  • Hip

    Have your child stand like a tall tree with feet together. Measure a level line around the fullest part of the hips & seat.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit your child well. Measure along the seam from crotch to leg opening.

Fun T-shirt, runs large...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this T-shirt in a size small for my six year old which is his normal size. I found that this ran a little large. I don't think that's a bad thing though as my kid prefers a looser fit and this also allows some more time for him to wear it while he grows. The comfort of these shirts is unmatched. The design is fun also. I highly recommend it

Short sleeve oversized tee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I guess the trend for everyone is oversized tees! This is a great staple for back to school. It’s made of a thicker material - so perfect for the cooler months. For reference, my son is a size large and I ordered a large. It definitely fits oversized if you order your true size. However, you’ll definitely get more wear out of it since your kiddo can wear it for longer if they’re fast growers.

Awesome quality T-shirt for boys

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This short sleeve cotton T-shirt is comfortable made with a nice quality fabric that is soft. It is a cool pizza T-shirt design. My son typically wears a size 10 or a size 12, but he loves his shirts oversized so we did get this in a size large husky, which gives him the nice oversized look he was wanting to achieve.

Cute shirt but kind of odd fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shirt is great quality, with really soft fabric and a high-quality print on the front and back. I love the color combo and the alternative vibe and was excited to try this for my son. I ordered a size medium ( boys eight) and though it did fit him, the style is boxy and reminds me of a woman’s shirt. I didn’t love it and neither did he.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a fun shirt! I love that it’s 100 percent cotton! I’m trying to avoid synthetic fabrics and this is great quality for a good price. It’s nice and thick and will soften over time. The blue is bright and so cute for my little boy. I love the red against the blue too. This will match a ton. This is a size small on my large 5 year old. This is an oversized fit but I would say it still runs a little big.
