Even after following the advice of reviews on measuring and the size chart, this belt was much too small, and I had to return it. I ended up having to get a belt that was too sizes bigger than what was recommended, which was very annoying.

My rather thin 13 year old requires an XL in this belt. He is a size 12 in pants, if that is any guide. Great price for a belt that he is only going to wear rarely, to formal events.see moreof the reviewer's review

The belt looks nice. I ordered a size medium because my son wears size small or medium pants at Target. The medium belt was too small. I would have given the belt 4 stars if the sizing was more accurate.see moreof the reviewer's review

It is good quality for the price I paid but it runs really small. I ordered mediums for my boys that wear size 7 and 8 shorts and they were tiny. They would need at least a large if not an extra large. One child is thin and one is average.
