A:Â Hi Markia. The base of the frother is wired. The pot that it's frothed in can be removed from the base.

Most amazing design. No mechanical parts inside the container to clean and scrap the inside by any means. My eyes opened wide when I saw this design. After trying it I got the sensation of getting something great and it works better than imagined.
