Directions

Stovetop:
1. Combine rice, water, salt and butter in saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover.
3. Simmer 45 to 50 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff with a fork and serve.

2 Servings: 1/2 cup rice; 1-1/4 cups water; 1/4 tsp. salt (optional); 1 tsp. butter (optional).
4 Servings: 1 cup rice; 2 cups water; 1/2 tsp. salt (optional); 2 tsp. butter (optional).
6 Servings: 1-1/2 cup rice; 3 cups water; 3/4 tsp. salt (optional); 1 tbsp. butter (optional).
10 Servings: entire bag rice; 5 cups water; 1 tsp. salt (optional); 2 tbsp. butter (optional).

Rice Cooker or Steamer:
1. Combine rice, water, salt and butter in rice cooker (Use the rice cooker measuring cup; using another measuring cup may product slight variations in the cooked rice.) or steamer.
2. Follow the rice cooker or steamer manufacturer's instructions.

Tip - For firmer rice, use less water and reduce cooking time. For softer rice, use more water and increase cooking time.

Great quality product. Flavorful and healthy, without the bland or chalky taste you can get with some brown rice. Takes about 20 minutes to cook on the stovetop and comes out tender and fluffy
