Q: When I select to email a gift card with a custom amount the amount defaults to $5, it doesn't recognize the custom amount!

Q: Do the physical gift cards come with sleeves or just the Gift Card?
A: Hello - This card specifically is digital delivery. Therefore it will come via, email or by text. There is no physicals card when this type of gift card with instant delivery is selected. Hope this helps! Happy Holidays!

Q: How do I send a message with this gift card?
A: Only gift cards sent via mail or email can include a message. At checkout select"Order includes a gift", there will be an option to include a message. Mobile gift card do not have this option.

Q: If the gift card is electronically sent to MY email address and I give it someone as a gift (with my email address on it) can they still use the gift card?
