I love the flavor and texture but just realized it has carrageenan. My gums have been inflammed and bleeding the last 6 months. I stopped using this toothpaste and my gums have dramatically improved.

I recently switched to this toothpaste and I really enjoy it. Leaves my mouth feeling very clean. It is not as minty as I would like but it doesn’t have a bad taste.

Fabulous toothpaste!

I am allergic to all artificial sweeteners, and stevia and xylitol. Then I discover the source of my diagnosed dry-mouth syndrome is the Sodium Lauryl Sulfate ingredient added to make the toothpaste foam. The bells went off yesterday morning when I brushed my teeth -my entire mouth felt like I had consumed an astringent and I couldn't drink enough water. I have used this last night before I went to bed, and I didn't need the glass of water on my bedside table - and the same results this morning. What a relief. Words can't describe how it feels not to have to carry a glass of water with me for hours after I brush my teeth.

I love this toothpaste. It doesn’t irritate my sensitive gums. It has a nice fresh taste. And of course it’s fluoride free and I love that.

I like this toothpaste a lot. It’s very soft and airy but makes your mouth feel like you just left the dentist. Love that it is fluoride free!

I just bought myself this toothpaste and really like the taste of it. Most peppermint toothpastes have way too strong of a flavor and this one is milder, which I like a lot. However, most fluoride-free toothpastes substitute the fluoride with xylitol to help prevent cavities (I haven’t had a single cavity for 10 years since switching to xylitol based toothpastes) but this one does not. Maybe the manufacturer can speak to this but I’m not sure how preventative this kind of toothpaste can be for cavities.

I'm picky because toothpaste usually burns my mouth. This tastes good, is very effective, and doesn't cause irritation.

Works well and nice taste/smell - similar to any other toothpaste. I thought this had fluoride in it when I bought it so now that I realize it doesn't I use it in the mornings instead of nighttime.

I started using this toothpaste when I struggled with a severe perioral dermatitis flare up. Fluoride is a common trigger. I’ve loved the taste and I haven’t suffered from any cavities in the 3 years I’ve used it so I have just continued to use it as I prefer it over Colgate etc. My only frustration is it can be hard to find sometimes and can get expensive.

It cleans well. Has pleasant flavor and not overpowering. And mostly enjoy the healthy benefits offered by not including harmful ingredients.

I will give this toothpaste 5 stars just for being Fluoride Free! And it’s even better than that! The mint flavor is very subtle, it doesn’t burn, (it isn’t too “spicy”), so the kids like it too! Despite being very subtle, your mouth is left feeling like you just left the dentist. It is fresh and clean. Other toothpastes sometimes leave a white film in your mouth, whether it be from the baking soda or peroxide, but this toothpaste does not. The texture is nice, it’s not too thin, it’s not too foamy. The bottle is nice, I thoroughly like the flip cap, the tube stays clean. I can’t yet determine the whitening results, as I have used it for less than a week now. Best toothpaste I’ve ever used. And again, Fluoride Free, which deserves a round of applause in itself! Thank You, Burt’s Bees, you’ve done well.

Tasted Bad Not In A Gross Way But In A Not Good Mint Way

By far our favorite toothpaste. Not too minty, great texture

I get mouth sores from the additive carrageenan. While Carrageenan is derived from a natural product it is processed and can be immunogenic and is so for me.
