I can’t use very many chapstick brands because most of them make my lips itch and are too waxy. This doesn’t bother my lips at all, it’s smooth and heals quickly. Whenever we travel out of the south, my kids and I get really dry lips and skin and this heals our lips quickly. We’ve also never lost a tube of this before finishing it! That’s how much we like it.

I love Burt's Bees and this balm works really well, but I've noticed that if I use it multiple nights in a row, my lips get itchy and irritated. I suppose my lips are too sensitive for the menthol.

I've always had pretty chapped lips, but recently my lips got so bad that they were painful and bleeding. I tried a bunch of different things, and this was the one chapstick that fixed my lips — took 1-2 days of using it, and my lips were back to normal. The only thing I would say is it isn't that moisturizing, so I usually put it on and then add a layer of Vaseline on top. Other than that, love this product.
