Q: How many eye masks are in the package?

A: Sometimes the two eye masks get stuck together. You kind of have to rub them between your fingers like a plastic bag to get them to separate. I bought them like three times and thought there was only one those first few times until they literally fell apart in my hands. Hope that helps.

I purchased the eye mask, then I opened it and found only one eye patch. I made sure to see if they were sticking together or just was hiding at the bottom of the package, but it wasnt.

The package was fine. I opened it only to find 2 totally dried out masks. I checked the inside of the package but it was 100% dry. No product in there at all! So I guess I got a dud. I had used one before and I was pleased with the product so I was ready to use another one. Disappointing.

Just bought these and when I opened to use there is only one under eye mask in the package. The package isn't open, still lots of liquid and says contains a pair but only one inside. Not really able to enjoy the full experience or benefit.

I think some of the other reviews are for a different product. These are two small thin sheets that stuck on under your eyes. The natural oils in them are great for my sensitive and dry skin in the winter! I rub the oil over my whole face afterward and wish I could a whole face sheet or just the oil blend in a bottle! The rose hip and jojoba are so great for dry skin. And the evening primrose is great for my ‘older’ eye bags too! Lol! 10/10 for this product!

I don’t know if I’m crazy but I haven’t used this product in a while and it feels like they changed the product to be a little thinner, good change it doesn’t feel as heavy when sitting on the eye. Love this product

OMG ! THANK YOU ! I've been using a very expensive eye mask in the past, which is good But, I happen to find this and this is my golden ticket ! I'm buying some for myself and the girls in the family. My problem is I can't find it in any of the stores, I guess they keep running out ? It's a very thin layer mask, extremely easy to put on and comfortable. The other mask I use, tends to start pulling as the time goes on in the 10 minutes Im using it. Yes, after my 5 to 10 minutes of resting my eyes with this mask, I do rub it on my face for another 5-10 minutes. Love love it ! I do wash my face afterwards. Thank you for the monthly shipments, I will be taking advantage of this !

I can’t hardly find them at the store. My favorite. Leaves my eye area feeling good.. i have dryness so they fix that problem.. I don’t think oiler skin will like them though.

Working in this world is tough and stressful. The place that shows it the most for me is my eyes. I was shopping in the burtsbees selection when I came across it. Later that night I made a nice hot cup of chai tea and put those little masks on. The experience has made me realise that burtsbees doesn't mess around. It felt like mini acupuncture under my eyes. I could feel the oils work their magic on my face in a very most relaxing way. Needless to say, I'll be using these more often. Thanks Burtsbees for making dependable and natural solutions.

For the price, these are effective eye masks. Even an hour after application the skin under my eyes feels refreshed and energized and looks smoother and a little less puffy. I didn’t notice dramatic difference with dark circles, but I don’t have prominent dark circles. My concerns are more fine lines and puffiness. My only frustration is that the edges do lightly scratch the skin, which is why I prefer eye gels in general (I experience this same scratchy sensation at the edges with Wander Beauty’s far pricier Baggage Claim eye masks). I enjoyed this experience and would use these again. NOTE: I received these in a Burt’s Bees mystery box. I absolutely love the thrill of seeing what’s included in each box and trying things I haven’t tried before for a steal of a price!

I was really really hoping I wouldn't be one of those unlucky people that only got 1 eye mask in the package but unfortunately I was. I ripped the package open to make sure I didn't miss the other eye mask but it clearly only came with one.

The papery masks are a little scratchy and don't lay well, they need to be softer, they need notches in the curved edges which I just cut for myself when I put them on. Although the design is not that great, I love the oil so much that I buy ALL of these that the store has in stock when I see it in my local store. Please just package this oil in a roll on or something because its wonderful. You could market it as a facial massage oil, Its really good, I also use a quartz roller on my face after I take the masks off to give me a total facial spa feeling.. Ya know, just send me a box of these if you discontinue or just send me a jar of the oil I am obsessed. Don't totally cancel this product because the eye mask part is kind of a fail.

I used this product after a long weekend, has a strong scent and very oily. I wasn’t disappointed just surprised. I may try it again but it’s not my favorite.
