A: For this holiday season, Butterball is selling a Halal-certified whole turkey internationally. These products are not produced in a Butterball facility, but are instead produced by a company in Canada that has completed the three-step Halal certification process and has been verified by an external audit process. At this time, only a Halal-certified whole turkey is available for sale in some countries in the Middle East (UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Jordan) and in the Caribbean (Trinidad and Tobago) – but could potentially be found in any country where the primary products sold are Halal-certified. This item is not sold in the US nor Canada at this time.

Butterball’s fresh/frozen whole turkey, frozen baked turkey, smoked turkey, smoked turkey breast, bone-in breast, and boneless roast products do not contain any of the major 8 allergens such as wheat, eggs, soy, milk, fish, shellfish, peanut oil, peanuts and tree nuts.
