Description
This pigment-packed lip liner provides ultra-precise results with its chiseled tip that never requires sharpening. The creamy, no-tug formula delivers comfortable, waterproof color that lasts for 8 hours. Use it to create fuller-looking lips with a suede matte finish that won’t feather or bleed.
How to use: Outline lips with liner and use brush end to smooth, define or contour. Use the sharp point of the pencil for definition. Use the rounded part of the pencil to fill in lips. Use the brush to blend and smooth color.
How to lip contour and highlight using two Power Line™ Lip Liners-
Step 1: Use a contour shade that either matches your lip’s natural tone or deeper to outline lips and create an “X” at the cupid’s bow.
Step 2: Using the same contouring shade, fill in the outer corner on the top and bottom lip.
Step 3: Apply a lighter shade than your lip’s natural tone in the middle of the lip.
Step 4: Blend both of the colors together with the built-in brush pulling the deeper shade towards the center of the lips and the lighter shade towards the outer corners of the mouth.
Step 5: Wear alone for a matte, plumped look or top with gloss.
This application can be replicated with any color combination of like-tones.

For years I loved the chubby wooden pencil. It worked so well and the texture was much better. This is a poor version and all it does is break and the color is not the same. Wanted to love it but it sucks.

Used the chubby lip liner for years amd then one day not available. Tried to find a dupe not able to find . I've tried this new one just not the same plus it broke off not as smooth .

I've used this brand for a few years now, and I absolutely love it! It goes on very smooth and doesn't leave your lips feeling dry or cakey after use.

The pink color was a little too red for my liking so I ended up returning it. It felt okay, but i wasnt overly enthralled by it. At 50% off they are worth it if you can find a shade that works for you, but I will not be repurchasing at full price… or probably at all to be honest

The old formula with thicker pencils was perfection- current version did not apply well- it looked thick & waxy, tiny pieces flaked onto my lips while applying & it didn't last as long as the prior version. Forget touch ups- they just add to the thick appearance. So disappointing

I used to love this lip liner especially in hush hush, but they changed it from a thicker pencil to this fragile twist up.
On top of that, it used to be .07 oz. Now it is .01, for the same price of product.
7 times less product for the same price.
To put that into perspective, this new product should be 3.14 dollars.
Never buying again unless they switch. Essence has a similar 8 hour formula for the same amount (.01) reasonably priced at 3.99. That is my go to now & unless they switch, it will continue to be.

I loved the older product that was a thicker, more durable, pencil. This newer version, is very delicate and continuously breaks when I try to use it, wasting product and money. I never over extend the tip or press to firmly. Bottom line, while the colors are lovely, the design is flawed. Please bring back the older version which was a much nicer product to use. Until then, I will look for a better product.

I have the color Hush Hush Henna and I love it. Really pretty pinky nude that is a little deeper. Makes a good companion to a lip gloss. I wear it with my lighter nude lipsticks that are too nude to worn on their own. It really brings them to a wearable place. The liner lasts for long time. I put it on in the morning before work, around 7:30am and at lunch, I had to take it off on my own to eat. The I reapplied after lunch and it was still going strong when I got home at the end of the night, around 6pm. The shape of the liner is really great too. Easy to apply. This is a twist up, but it isn't stiff. It is still soft enough to go on smoothly. Overall, I think it's a great lip liner.

Look.I was 2 wks away from lip.injectons. I paired this with the Plump Shot lipgloss. And baby this kept my lips full almost an entire day!! Even after it wiped off my lips stayed full FOR HOURS.. and I know this because I have a middle of the lip piercing and my lips were snug against. And that usually is not the case. I'm going to keep using this until it stops working ...as I age the lines in my lips are driving me crazy... This smoothed them out and kept them smooth...IM IN LOVE ❤️ The collagen Is a added bonus... truly s Game Changer.

Why charge so much for a misleading product? I have been duped, betrayed, and taken advantage of. I spent 21 dollars on a lip liner that instantly dries my lips like it was chalk and neither plumps or stays on. Buxom I will never buy from u again.
