Q: Is the top straw (the one that sticks out the top of the lid) supposed to come out for cleaning? If yes, can it be put back in and work again?

  • A: Yes it does. It's soft and can be pushed through the hole, cleaned and then put back in. The harder, round straw (that you see through the cup) fits into the soft spout.

  • A: Hello and thank you for your question. The top straw is called the bite valve. And it can be removed for cleaning, however for child safety reasons it cannot be removed from the top. You pull it from the bottom when the cap is removed from the bottle. And then it can be reinserted after cleaning.

  • A: No, there’s a slit. You’re supposed to bite down on the piece while drinking. If that makes sense! It was a bit hard for my kids to first learn how to use these but once they did they have worked wonders for my kids! We love these!

    Order in drive up, employee gave it to me broken, very noticeable the straw/ sucking part was completely gone. Went inside right after I received my order, returned the item went to get a new one, got charged $5 more for a different color cause they were out of the one that I had originally bought… asked to do a price match as I have done it so many times in the past, the cashier said no we don’t do that. I ordered it online and it is $9 but in store $15 so long story short, I was given a broken cup and then went and got a different one in a different color a color I didn’t want and was charged $5 more….

    I really wanted to love this water bottle for my little boy. He has 4 of them! 3 are regular plasitc and one is stainless steel. At first, they worked pretty well. Now, no matter which one we use, if we put ice in with the drinks (usually just water) the liquid pressurizes out of the spout. The liquid builds up in the spout, and if not released it will eventually leak all around the bottle. My son wants ice to keep his drinks cold now that he's 3. I'm offically giving up and looking at other brands.

    I really wanted to love these bottles. They have such cute designs and fit perfectly in our car seat cupholder. Unfortunately I’ve stopped using them because my son has been able to take the entire lid off several times now. Not because he was even trying to do that, but trying to pull the bottle out of the cupholder had enough resistance, the lid came undone. It’s so frustrating! We don’t have this issue with the other brands we use.
