It wasn't curl/texture defining at all for my 4c hair. I put it in bantu knots as recommended as a style in the directions and had a bit of a struggle taking them a loose, but there is a slight softness to it. Overall, I plan on returning. P.S. that review below talking about this being a mousse is on the wrong page, I made the mistake of impulse buying upon seeing it and the word "Curl WHIP" and completely disregarded the "Supercream" at the end of the product title.

This product worked well for my 3c/4a low porosity hair. I tested it with a leave from another line and it mixes well. Next time I will try it with the honey leave in. Great shine, no frizz, great long lasting definition and done actual elongation. And as always with CRN products it smell great. Got lots of compliments on the smell. The only con was the pump broke so I have to pour in my hand. You don't need a lot to get good results. I would definitely repurchase

I love this product. I bought it with high hair density, and low porosity. I loved this product. I did a braid out and left it in and lasted one week. I only refreshed with oil, but it kept my hair soft and moisturized. Probably not the best for someone with thinner hair. It is a bit pricey, but for how it works it is definitely a good product.

Amazing curl definition and hold, fights Florida humidity, and smells amazing!! I held onto this line for 2 years before I finally took it out of the bag and tried it. My hair would be double the length today if I weren't so afraid to try a new product two years ago. It moisturizes my hair so well and goes on so effortlessly that I don't even have to rake my fingers through my curls, which is the reason for those phantom knots. I only use the palm of my hands and the products works its way through the section. I have reapplied every 4 days just to say moisturized and I don't have any build up or flakes. As far as people saying it weighs their hair down, this is a mousse, so it won't give you the voluminous look. If you want that then, use a cream. This is wonderful for those of us who want our wash n go to hang downward rather than poof outward. Even still, I can pick my hair out with this and it will still be big but super defined due to the mousse formulation. Regarding flaking, I wonder if those people used other product on their hair along with this. I have been reapplying with ZERO flaking. Please don't ever change the formulation of this. If you want to address those complaints, please add something to the line, but don't take this away or change it. For the record, I am 4b/c. So grateful for this product! Thank you!

The product weighs my curls down.

I have 3C/4A hair. For years, YEARS, I've been seeking a curl cream that will tame frizz and most importantly, ELONGATE my curls. My hair defeats most curl creams, and even heavy-duty gels, and two hours later my hair is poofy. Doesn't matter if I had a roller set in for 8 hours. It ringlets right back up. This cream immediately elongates my curls, tames all frizz, and dries in the gorgeous curls I've known my hair is capable of!!! It may be too heavy if you don't have afro-textured hair, which is why I think some of the reviews are low, but if you're like me and have unruly curls that shrink 50%, you'll love this.

Smells nice and really brings curls out! Also, unlike other Camille Rose bottles where it's hard to get the product out, this one has no issues bec it has a pump. I have no regrets buying this, so delicious-smelling! I only deducted one star bec I found that I have to match it with a conditioner that works with it, and it was a conditioner soap from another brand. I tried using this with other products and my hair felt brittle.

An unexpected surprise. I apply a quarter size to small sections and follow up with the curl maker to soaking wet hair. My curls are elongated and moisturized. They smell absolutely great. I had compliments on day one!

I'm obsessed with everything about this product! Love the smell! And leaves my hair so soft, shiny, and defined. Normally I either have dry but we'll defined or soft and no definition so it's nice to find something to give me all three! Didn't love it the first time I see it with other products. Seemed like your average curl cream. But once I tried it alone I was amazed! I can get away with just this product for my fine wavy hair

I was scared to try this product when I saw that some users experienced a white cast and pilling but I decided to give it a shot when I found it on sale at target and I have to say no regrets. I have thick long 3c hair and I used a lot of this product. It dried really nice. No flakes no white cast. My curls were really shiny and defined. Gives a soft hold and smells like butterscotch candies

it was great for defining my 3c high porosity hair, very moisturizing and thick you really don't need a lot. it also smells just like honey so if you're not into sweet smells i don't recommend it.

My hair loves honey!! This product is worth the buy. However, I do have to pair this with something else in order to get the results I want. *sometimes, depending on the style* What I pair this with is the Camille Rose Honey Spiked Mousse.

It Doesn't Mix With Anything! It Turned White On Me When I Used It By Itself Too. I Don't Know What To Do With It Now

Love this product! I use it as a leave in and I love how moisturizing it is, it also defines my hair well I pair it with the mousse from this same line for extra hold. Only con is it does foam up when first applied but it absorbs well without flakes.

Product turned my hair white and had white bead like gel balls in it after it dried. My hair did curl but the next day my hair had a white mask to it, I had to wash this out.

I honestly didn’t like this product. It wasn’t curl defining or moisturizing and it has this weird shampoo like look once you apply it to your hair.
