Nothing ever off-the-shelf ever compares to good restaurant or even home cooking but this is all right...even a few "whole" florets in the two bowls that I'd ordered...very expensive though so I'll only purchase sparingly but it fed me nice enough! The fact that I am writing a review on soup should tell you something. Was out shopping on my lunch hour and ran out of time to pick something up so bought this and was really looking forward to it.
