When I was a kid, over 30 years ago, my mom had to buy gluten free flour and bake the bread for me. Freshly baked bread is best so I was missing that flavor. When I bought this bread and I tasted it, gosh.... my childhood memories came back. It's very fresh, very delicious and I cannot even start to describe it. Please don't make any changes to it. That's the only worry I always have. As soon as I find the product I love and buy on a regular basis it either disappears from shelves or they make changes to it. That's what happened with Udis for me. They changed something and the bread was disgusting. On the bright note, I found you 😀 just keep it up!!!!!!
Having a gluten intolerance, I really wanted to be able to eat gluten-free bread but all of them seem to also have xanthan gum in them which is another digestive irritant for me. The bread is tasty but the aftermath is not so much.
This is hands down the best GF sandwich bread I've ever had, and the slices are massive! I enjoy it so much that sometimes I'll just grab a plain slice and eat it with nothing on it at all as a snack. The texture is absolutely wonderful both fresh out of the bag or toasted, and I'm finally able to enjoy sandwiches and avocado toast again now that I've discovered this product. I'll definitely be looking into trying out the rest of the line up. Thank you so much!
This bread is chewy, tasty and flavorful! Holds up to a nice sandwich, toasting and even making dressing! Made me love bread again and even my husband, who does not "have to" be GF, asks for Canyon Bread now. Hands down, the best we have found.
I've been gf since 2010 and this is, hands down, the best gf bread I've ever had. It's moist, unlike most gf breads that are dry and crumbly. It's big, you can actually make a decent sized sandwhich out of it. And it's delicious, whereas most gf breads are super bland. I eat this just toasted with butter sometimes. SO YUMMY. It takes all of my might not to eat it all in just a few days.
I am very pleased with this bread. It holds up nicely, doesn't crumble, is flavorful, sort of nutty, toasts well... even does ok as French toast. Is a bit gummy if not toasted...not terrible but a tad gummy. I take a sandwich for lunch every day.
