We’ve had ours for over two years now and it still works well. We just bought another one as a Christmas gift for family since we’ve had such a great experience with ours and it’s lasted so long (knock on wood). It’s a bit loud when you let the steam out, just fyi. I always have to step away at that point, because of how loud it is. Otherwise it works like a charm and make a nice espresso/cappuccino/latte.

I received this as a gift. I used it twice without issue. It brews a decent espresso (but no crema as others pointed out). The third time I used it, the steam wouldn't work. This machine is pressurized to get steam and wouldn't release pressure. I called customer service and was on hold for 15 minutes, left a message and still have not heard back 36 hours later.

More like Crappresso. This machine sucks. I’ve been making espressos for a long time. When I moved, my espresso maker ended up in storage so I needed a cheap replacement for the mean time. The espressos from this machine never came out tasting right no matter what I did. And after a couple weeks, it stopped working completely.

It’s not Instagram worthy design but affordable and does the job! It brings out the flavors from the coffee beans better than the last few methods/brewers I tried. I’ve only been using it for a week so I do not know about how it will hold up over time. I also drink my coffee cold so I have not tried the steamer attachment.

Worked fine, while it lasted, which wasn’t very long. We use this 2x per day, and already (exactly one month in) it’s beginning to act up. The steamer will just stop sometimes, the espresso brews slowly and foamy. It’s become a pain. Just spend the money on something nicer.

We purchased this machine in May 2021 and used it regularly, about 4x a week. It makes a great cup of espresso and if used properly, can rival any latte from a coffee stand. Now in January 2022 however it has stopped working and I’m not sure why. We took good care of it and cleaned regularly but did not even get a full years use out of it so I’m hesitant to buy again, not to mention the price has increased.

Makes 4 shots of espresso in one go. It takes a little getting used to in the initial setup. Be sure to keep an eye on it when you run it or else it may overflow. The machine does not shut off automatically once the cup is full. (1) Open steam knob on right (2) Take off water cap from top (3) Load and attach espresso cup (4) Keep the lever all the way to the left (steam side) (5) Pour in water, tighten cap and knob back up (6) turn on machine and bring lever back to espresso setting.

What a great little machine! Yes, it's small which is great because it has a small footprint on the counter which would be great for those who have small kitchens. It was pretty easy to set up and figure out how to use. I have never made espresso, with a learning curve it was still easy to figure out. It's the perfect size for small dinner parties or guests since it can make 4 cups at one time. It's also a great money saver because I can now add my own espresso shots into my iced and frothy drinks which makes them more flavorful and less watery. It's easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning. I have to say I am very impressed and feel good to offer something other than just coffee to my guests!

I have had this machine for over 1.5 years. I’ve used it daily and it has been a champ! Sadly it’s starting to fail, the frother won’t always work, sometimes the espresso won’t come out. I have looked for a new machine but after reading reviews I’ve decided I will purchase this one again.

The Capresso 4 Cup Espresso/Cappuccino Machine Steam PRO – Black/Stainless is well made. I love the stainless steel color to it which matches my other appliances. I am able to make my caramel lattes thanks to my Steam Pro machine. The machine is easy to clean and use. I am able to make up to four cups at a time which is perfect for my husband, guests and I.
