These didn't work for me, and may have even caused me more discomfort

I wish Target would stop using reviews that are part of promotions. That being said, I take mint supplements and probiotics so it was nice to find one that's both. I would eat something before taking it though. Also wish there was at least one months worth in the bottle, 25 is a weird number.

These vitamins as well as the skin hydration one, made me feel so sick every day! Never using again! Switching probotics immediately.

I didn’t see any junky ingredients, so I felt like these would be a good choice. These are easy to swallow and I haven’t noticed anything negative while taking.

I noticed less gas after eating certain foods and had no side effects taking it (cramping, loose BM). Overall, I would say I would recommend to others.

This particular bottle is a supplement that contains ingredients good for your gut health, which includes 2 billion CFUs of Bacillus coagulans, a probiotic that helps support digestion as well as ginger, peppermint, and acacia. I have a sensitive gut, so it is necessary for me to build good gut bacteria with probiotic/prebiotic supplements. The capsule itself is very easy to swallow with water and goes done smoothly unlike some large tablets. I like to start my day with one of these and have only had good results. That being said, I feel that the capsule count per bottle is not ideal, only 25 capsules, which doesn't even make this bottle last a full month. I feel that's one of my main complaints about this product. Otherwise, it is a good probiotic supplement.
