Our Casabella Multi Angle Extendable Microfiber Duster has a microfiber head that attracts and holds dirt, dust and pet hair. Q: How can I get the flexible head to lock in place & stop flipping around? The flexible head moves when you start to clean a fan blade. It continues to move every time you put even the lightes pressure on it for cleaning.

Q: How do get the duster to extend to the 77 inches said on the tag? there are no directions and I have hard to reach areas which is why I purchased the duster.

A: Good evening Cathie. Apologies that the "Hang Tag" with instructions on how to expend the length of the Duster Pole was missing from your product. Under the handle of the actual Duster is a round "Screw-Like" part that turns counter-clockwise to loosen and clock-wise to tighten. If you partially "un-screw" it, this will loosen the top pole that will extend out of the lower pole. Once you reach your desired length; tighten the "Screw" to lock its length. Trust the above helps.

A: Good afternoon KTown. Simply put the Microfiber head under a tap of luke-warm running water to rinse. You can use your favorite dish and / or laundry soap to clean the Microfiber head this way. But please do not use any Fabric Softener during the cleaning process as there are elements in Fabric Softener that will affect the Microfibers in the head. Q: Can this duster head be cleaned or replaced? I purchased several months ago and now it is filthy with cobwebs and I don't know if I need to remove or replace it.

I was disappointed that after one use and wash it was no longer usable. I was hoping to replace the duster part with a new one but that doesn't seem to be an option. I have the hand duster also, and it's been washed multiple times, and I would recommend it.

This is NOT machine washable. I put it in the washing machine for the first time and it got torn to shreds. I washed it with only microfiber cloths and handtowels that I use to clean. I want my money back.

This duster worked great the first few times. The handle extends by an inner tube sliding out from inside of an outer tube. After only a few uses, the mechanism that locks the two together, to prevent the inner tube from spinning around inside the outer tube, failed (it appears to be only friction, not screw threads, holding them together). No matter how I try to tighten it, now I can't use it because turning the handle doesn't turn the duster head.

I use this to wipe off my baseboards as the dog hair really piles up quickly and I was tired of crawling around on the floor to keep up with it. The extension rod and angled head really lets me get into all the corners and around furniture easily. The head does bend a little too much though, causing you to really put some pressure into the handle against the wall. I am sure that this is designed that way so it does not break, but it could be a little more stiff. The microfiber cloth really pick up the dust well. The head detaches from the extender making it easier to wash. However, it would be nice if additional heads were sold separately.

I am 5’2” so I am not so tall but My life becomes very peaceful and relaxing after using this extendable duster as it is a great help for me to clean each and every spot in our home. This duster is soft but at the same time works perfectly for dust and spiders web in corners.

It takes much of the hard work off of me, which is a major benefit. My surfaces are left clean and shinning without a spec of dust left. My home has never felt so clean!!! High Recommend :)

The other two photos are how dirty it was before I cleaned it! We really like how easy it is to change the angle and the length of the duster. It’s easy to take the part off and clean it too. Very happy with how easy it is to use and it gets to all those spots we can’t seem to reach on our own!

I found that my ornate items with carvings and crevices weren’t cleared of dust. Washing it was a bit tedious, it is hand wash only. I would like to have been able to use the washing machine. It is a great value though. It came in very handy to get to the hard to reach places.

There is no assembling of product. Just extend the handle to a length that will reach what you need to dust, adjust the pivoting head and get to it! The head can lock into many different positions to get those hard to reach places… fan blades, top of fridge, under the couches etc. the microfiber duster head actually grabs onto and holds the dust! It doesn’t just swish it around like other dusters! When you are done dusting simply remove the dust head and toss it in the washing machine! Nobody likes to dust but this MAY make it more enjoyable!
