I recently purchased this product. After running a full load, I found the pod still full after it ran. I even tried it again, thinking maybe it was a fluke. Nope!

Cleaning your dishes with the Cascade ActionPacs™ should be quick and easy, Jackie. For the best results each time, make sure your water temperature is at least 120F/49C and that the sprayer arms are clean and can move easily. If these don't get your dishes to sparkle, please reach out to us at (800) 765-5516 and we'd be happy to talk with you.
Opened my dishwasher day after Thanksgiving when clean dishes are most important and found a undissolved pod still in the dishwasher which is a month old .! This is clearly your pods that are the problem and not my brand new dishwasher. I have taken pictures if you need them

This is definitely not the experience we want you to have and we have some tips that should help. -The water in your dishwater should be at least 120F, try running the hot water in your sink before starting the dishwasher. -The water pressure may be too low, try running it while no other water is running (shower, washing machine, outside sprinklers). -Make sure the dishwasher sprayers are clean and can move easily. -Make sure that the dispenser cup isn’t blocked and can open easily. -Please make sure that your hands are dry when loading the ActionPac™. Wet hands could cause sticking to the inside of the dispenser which could lead to it not dissolving all of the way. Please give these a try and give us a call at (800) 765-5516 to let us know how they worked for you.
We have extremely hard water and this is the only dishwasher brand/style that cleans well. Other products may work for a week or two but quickly leave yellowish film on dishwasher wall and a film on glassware. I’m thankful I found it.
I have used Cascade since having a dishwasher (back in the days of messy powder and liquids). No other product cleaned dishes as well. I still pre-rinse dishes out of habit, and due to fact it may be 2 or 3 days before I do a full wash. The pods are so clean to use and the pre-measurement they provide is very helpful.
This is the most amazing dish washing product I have ever used!! After seeing the commercial's I decided to give it a try. I use to have to put two times the amount of my normal brand to get my dishes some what clean even after prior rinsing. Not this product! No rinsing, just load the dish washer and go, even dried on lasagna was no problem. Thanks Cascade!
I agree with one of the prior reviewers that this product produces too many suds. The suds were so thick that they impeded the lower sprayer arm. My dishwasher is a Maytag. The Cascade people suggested to the other reviewer that leveling or not enough water may be the problem. My machine is level and I don't see how water level would affect the level of suds activity.

We understand your frustration, as our ActionPacs™ shouldn’t produce excess suds when used as directed. The water is important because low water pressure, or water that isn’t hot enough can prevent any suds from dissolving completely. Because these factors don’t seem to be the problem in you dishwasher, we’d like the chance to learn more so we can help further. Could you please give us a call at (800) 765-5516 when you have a minute to talk?
I have a Kitchen Aide dishwasher that when I used this product the suds it created was running out the bottom rack onto the floor. I had to dip the massive suds out of the bottom and rinse the dishes by hand. I had to run the "rinse only" cycle 3 times before the water did not have soapy look. Yes, it does make the dishwasher shine but... I have not experienced this problem before or since.

Our ActionPacs™ should make keeping your dishes clean a breeze, so we understand how frustrated you must have felt to find suds in your machine. We want to assure you that this isn’t something we’d expect when the pacs are used as directed, but there are a few other reasons foaming can happen, including; a spilled rinse aid, the dishwasher not filling completely, or the dishwasher not being level. If none of these factors seem to be the problem, please give us a call at (800) 765-5516 so we can find the best solution for you.
