A: The cover has a zipper and comes off.

We recommend the following care: For bed cover: If item does not have free movement in a standard machine, use large-capacity commercial washer and dryer. Machine wash cold, normal cycle, with like colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Remove promptly. Cool iron if needed. For Canopy: Spot clean only. Hope this helps! - Kris

Q: Is the cushion machine washable?

A: It zips off and I would hand wash to avoid messing it up because it is nice and soft. Not sure if it is technically machine washable but always things will last longer handwashed, & it's not fuzzy.

A: I think so, I bought two for my 10 pound dogs and they seem fine for that. You can always buy a lower cushion too.

The design is cute but the base has several areas where the "wood" is coming apart and the cushion is crumpled on the one corner so much the shape won't bounce back.

This cuddle collab is amazing! Not only is it esthetically pleasing but super easy to assemble. It's very sturdy and the bed part of of it is washable! All my cats decided to try it out as soon as it was ready and it's now a big hit. They all take turns during the day to sleep in it. I've bought them so many different types of beds and this one was an instant hit!

Put this together in less than 5 mins and my cat immediately took to it. Our couch is a similar material and feel and he loves to sleep on our couch. Now he has his own space

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this pet bed! It’s heavy and sturdy. Love that the cushion cover comes off for washing (although it will probably not be easy to get on and off but yay). I was hesitant to purchase it because of the hefty price tag but it wound up being 100% worth it. My two cats love it and it is pretty to look at!

My cat instantly sat in this which is rare for him! It was super easy to put together too. When I read it didn’t include tools and I couldn’t find instructions I was sweating a bit but then when it came I literally just had to line up the base and screw 4 things in like twisting a water bottle cap, so easy, so cute, worth every penny for our little man.

LOVE THIS! And so does my cat. It’s sooooo cute and looks amazing in my house. Love that it goes with my decor. And as a big big bonus, my big boy loves it too!! My cats are typical cats who don’t give a beep about any new nice bed I get them but they took to this one so quickly. I didn’t even have to bribe them to get them in it. I also like how part of the wood on top is exposed and not covered by fabric it makes it really easy to pick up the bed and move it around

My cat loved it right away. She slept on it all night. It feels so soft and comfy I can imagine how comfortable my cat feels laying on it. It did come unassembled and on the edge of the wood came chipped off and I accidentally cut myself. Still it’s too cute to return.

Mine also has one of the pre-drilled holes in the wrong spot so it is impossible to line up the frame and can't be put together. Would have been cute if it wasn't defective.

Me and my very picky cats love this tent- so much so that we now have two! The fabrics feel high quality and the neutral colors will fit in with most decor. The cushion is soft, but not too soft and so far the fabric has held up well so far to their claws. I knocked off one star because the cushion moves very easily, however I fixed this with a couple strips of heavy duty Velcro on the bottom to hold it in place.

Build was initially awkward, but overall simple. Quality materials and chic modern design. Most importantly, our kitties took to it immediately. I also appreciate the fabrics are washable and do not appear to be easily destroyed by curious kitten claws.

Bought two for my two 10 pound rescue "hidey hiders" who spend a lot of time under sofas and chairs, basically any time a lawn implement sound is heard outside anywhere, or thunder, or even a soft drizzle. They are a nice super soft fabric and the pillow unzips. They are very easy to put together but READ THE INSTRUCTIONS, be sure to loosen the ends of the center pole on top before attempting to screw it together. Then put in the screws before wrapping the fabric arround the bottom. Keep the screws loosely screwed in until all four are in and tighten them slowly and EVENLY around all four sides to get everything aligned easily, and then wrap your fabric around the velcro, and retighten the top rod ends up and you are done. (I believe the review with the misaligned holes probably didn't loosen the top ends of the center pole first so things went wonky maybe because the holes won't like up without loosening those pole ends.) Don't forget to put some sort of fabric feet over those dumb screws that serve as feet, they are plastic and will scratch your floors. Otherwise a perfect bed that will never wear out pretty much, not for dogs anyway. Cats could very well scratch the heck out of the side walls within a week, depending on the cat. Can always replace the cushion though and the cover is washable, although I would do it by hand because it is nice and soft. Highly recommend!

We really liked the design and wanted this as soon as we saw it. The one we received has splintered and peeling wood trim on the platform. One of the 4 screws that hold the tent portion up also act as stabilizer feet was totally deformed and we were not able to tighten it properly.

10/10 my big cat loves it. He likes cardboard boxes so this was a big upgrade to my living room without robbing his joy. Hes like 20lbs just a big breed and usually these are too small for him but it’s perfect and the quality is way better than expected. I like how you can take all the covers off and wash if you need to. If you have a cat that prefers the ground instead of a tall cat condo thing this is great!
