I purchased this set of balloons because they matched my daughter’s university colors and worked great as a mini balloon arch. I also added a couple of gold balloons I already had to finish it off. I did have a couple of blue balloons where part of the neck was sealed closed and harder to blow up, but I just used them for the smaller balloons.
