A: Yes,Thanks;It USED to also include Decaf Green & Jasmine along with the other listed ingredients. I luved it!! *I also buy Harney&Son's tea from them.It's nice to find selected H&S tea @ target.5/13

It takes a lot for for me to get sleepy. This tea is amazing as far as taste and gets me the best sleep. I always try to keep it in the pantry for long days (toddler mom) or when I need a little extra to unwind. Well worth the money!!

Helps calm me down before bed. I have really horrible anxiety and most nights I have trouble sleeping. I like how this tea puts me to sleep but doesn’t make me feel drowsy the next day and I’d rather have a cup of tea before bed than take medication or melatonin to fall asleep. It feels more natural. Also, target’s pricing is so great for this item, better than most stores.

This is the best tea ever! I look forward to the end of my day because of this tea! I struggle with insomnia and anxiety so this puts me right to sleep. Has a very simple flavor nothing sour or too sweet it’s the perfect flavor. This stuff knocks me out but doesn’t make you feel drowsy. I always wake up feeling refreshed from a good sleep.
