This is the coolest paint kit I've gotten in a long time - not only perfect for Halloween, but also if you're a follower of the moon phases / the celestial. The cloth for the table runner is tightly woven and high quality, so it can definitely be used as part of a table setting. The paints are easy to use and cover well, and the kit also contains an embroidery hoop and thread if you'd like to sew in the outlines. So much fun - highly recommended!
