An excellent multivitamin with a great variety of essential nutrients in the right amounts for our body. I find it very complete and effective for daily use. The tablets are a bit large but easy to swallow. Great for daily balance and overall wellness!

I’ve been using Centrum Women Multivitamins and I find them good for the price since one bottle lasts a while. The tablets are big but easy enough to swallow and I don’t notice any strong taste. I feel more energetic and less run down since starting them though I always take them with food to avoid any stomach upset. I also like that it has a wide mix of vitamins and minerals like B vitamins, vitamin D, calcium, iron, zinc, and antioxidants that cover most of my daily needs. Depending on the size they last me pretty long. I function/perform better taking them throughout the day.
