It's very smooth and looks sleek. That's about it. When I first got it, there were small bits of anti-stick coating that flaked off, I know the coating was "spray painted" on. All the oil just spreads out weirdly and doesn't stay in the middle, it all bunches to one side. I know it's nonstick but it does stick and the burned food bits are hard to clean off. I've only used it a couple of times and never again.
Have had this for a few weeks and absolutely love it! Was skeptical, initially, due to the thin size, but this holds up so well. Have used it to “grill” hotdogs, burgers, and shredded chicken. Food cooks evenly and washes right off.
Works really well, but I have a concern about durability

I'm rating this 3 stars for now - The pan itself seems nice enough, if a little thin. I've used it once to cook burgers and it worked really well - heated quickly and the grill lines gave a nice little char to the burgers. Also, the ceramic coating is really great. Stuff cleans off this and doesn't stick way better than my old teflon coated cookware. HOWEVER, I noticed after cleaning that there is a small spot on the bottom where the grey paint has already chipped off, revealing the aluminum under it. One day old. Doesn't make me think that this is going to hold up well.
