Q: Is there a minimum age limit for this product? I saw some baby washes aren't recommended until after 1 year old.

A: We started using this with my newborn and had no issues. He’s now 2 and it’s still our soap/shampoo.

Q: The ingredients list states "Fragrance" but the specifications section on your website says "No Fragrance Added". Is that incorrect?

Good for sensitive skin
We bought this shampoo to help with our babies cradle cap, so far it is working great. We love that it’s sensitive on babies skin, and the scent is lovely in my opinion. Only downside is that it is a little pricier than other baby shampoos and body wash- skip them and get this.

Great Brand.
I love this brand of baby wash and shampoo. I’ve used it on both of my little ones and plan to do so with my little one I am expecting soon. It’s mild formula is gentle enough on baby’s hair and skin but also keeps the clean and smelling great. No harsh scents either.

Didn’t Dry Skin, But Caused Irritation in Eyes
I tried Cetaphil Baby Wash & Shampoo for my elder daughter. The product was okay overall — it cleaned well and didn’t dry out her skin, which I appreciated. However, when used on her hair, it caused irritation and tears during hair washing. Because of this, I decided to stop using it. It might work for some babies, but unfortunately it wasn’t the right fit for us.

I tested the “tear free” on myself which claims no stinging or tears. It did in fact cause my eyes to tear and sting after use. Otherwise it is a great soap.

Gentle, Clean, and Effective
My daughter has much more sensitive skin than my son. I couldn’t afford the fancy “clean” bath products for her that I used with my son and so I went on a hunt for an affordable replacement. I tried a few that said they were for sensitive skin, but this one is what didn’t cause a rash. It works incredibly well and the kids smell so nice after. Clean and happy kids and mom’s wallet didn’t take a hit!

This is the best baby wash & shampoo out there, not only does it smell amazing but it’s so sensitive on baby’s skin! My little one has a bit of eczema and this has helped calm it down! I wish they made it in adult size because it’s that great!! I plan to use this wash for years to come!!!!

The perfect shampoo/body wash combo from baby to toddler. It smells so good and actually cleans the body/hair really well. Still using them in my now three year old as body wash. Just switched over to a toddler shampoo because she has so much hair. She has really sensitive skin and this has been great on her skin!

Light scent and nice lather
The bath wash and shampoo came well-sealed in a reclosable bottle. The flip-top cap closes securely but isn't difficult to open, even with wet hands. It has a light fresh scent that lingers after rinsing. The lather is rich and thick and easy to spread. It was easy to rinse, though it's best to still avoid the eyes. My baby's hair felt soft and clean afterward.
