CETAPHIL Gentle Oil-Free Makeup Remover is a bi-phase liquid that gently and effortlessly dissolves all types of makeup—including long-wear and waterproof makeup for the face and eyes. This skin-soothing formula contains botanicals, like aloe vera, ginseng and green tea to nourish as it cleanses, leaving skin smooth and refreshed. CETAPHIL Gentle Oil-Free Makeup Remover is dermatologist- and ophthalmologist-tested, and is gentle and safe to be used around the sensitive eye area. I usually use waterproof mascara and other drugstore makeup removers take forever to remove my makeup but with this I just soak a cotton round and in less than a minute my waterproof mascara comes right off. Also I have sensitive skin and this I very gentle.

Worst makeup remover ever! Don't waste your money. It doesn't remove makeup well and is super oily. I had to clean my face with wipes afterwards and still had foundation on my face. Also had to wash my face with soap 2x to take the oil off. Terrible product that went straight to the trash!

The ONLY makeup remover that gently removes waterproof mascara without having to scrub my eyes. It’s so easy and doesn’t leave my eyes blurry and stinging like other makeup removers. The greasiness does not bother me since I wash my face after. Many reviews complain about not being able to use this alone but you should always follow up with washing your face after makeup removal - no matter what product. Love this stuff.

No lie, I was excited to try this product but was SUPER disappointed at the packaging. It's a twist off top with a full open neck. My first thought was, "Oh, this is an easy spill item". Especially when hands are already wet. The product itself is amazing and takes off makeup effortlessly, but the bottle itself absolutely takes away from from it's convenience. It took no less than 4 uses to accidentally spill it everywhere. A flip cap with a smaller opening is such a better design. I would honestly give it 5 stars if it weren't for such a poor bottle flaw.

So far I really like the consistency. Didn't seem to strip the skin. So far seems gentle . However the top needs some kind of spout to pour . There's nothing to control how much you pour onto the cotton pad. If you're not careful, the entire bottle will pour right on out!

This specific makeup remover truly is magic! I use it even if I'm not wearing any makeup. I usually clean my face first with mild baby soap, and then I wipe my face with Cetaphil's Oil-free Makeup Remover on a cotton pad. I let it soak in for a minute until it mattes down, and then I wash my face with the Cetaphil Daily Cleanser. I massage the cleanser into my skin for 30 seconds and then let the soap sit on my skin for another 30 seconds. That was key! The combo of this make-up remover followed by the Cetaphil Daily Cleanser is a game changer! Both are packed with nutrients that my skin was able to absorb. I have done this daily for 4+ months, and it thoroughly removes makeup, dirt, and grime without damaging my skin barrier. Please never ever change this formula, Cetaphil! This formula is perfect for even the most irritated, sensitive, acne prone, rosesca skin like mine. Hands down, amazing!
