I was unsure about trying this product. I have been looking for a petroleum/petrolatum free chap stick or lip balm that my lips don’t have a bad reaction too. I like the tube, I think that was a selling point... it twists up like a standard lipstick (this is colorless). The product is extremely soft and just sits on the lips until it's been all rubbed off. I don't find that it's really that hydrating. It doesn't smell like anything which isn't a bad thing, but "Soothing Oasis" refers to nothing. I suppose I'd prefer the regular ChapSticks to this. Nothing has ever been as good as the original Burts Bees, highly recommend buying that instead!

This is my go to chapstick, or it was. I might have to change. The last few tubes, ~3, have been extremely soft when I get to the bottom and just squish onto my lips in chunks.

this stuff chunks up.. it's really hard to describe lol. I'm having to even it out with a finger pretty much every use. It's alright as a chapstick.. but honestly chapsticks in tubes like this are usually not great for use. I def will stick with Palmers, Carmex, or even Blistex. (Kiehls if I'm feelin fancy 💅🏻)

This has been my favorite chapstick for years but the last few tubes have been horrible. I twist up, use, twist down, and it gets stuck making a mess of the product.

Just opened this a few days ago. When I turn the bottom so more product will come out of the tube, it won't turn now. It's stuck and there's about 95% of lip balm that's stuck in the tube that won't come out. This is the 2nd or 3rd time this has happened. I'm no longer purchasing this product anymore.
