A: The Performance 4-Burner Gas Grill (model # 463331221) can only be used with a standard 20 lb propane tank. It cannot be converted to natural gas.

It's a grill that will probably last you a few years, but this is not going to be a long term investment. It's very light weight. I just don't think it will last long. I have to keep it in my garage to keep it from blowing across the yard in windstorms.

Worst grill I ever bought. Ceramic grates keep peeling and rusting. Who knows how much of this has went in my food. I am using the proper utensils to not chip or damage the grates as well. They also sent me a second sets of grates which turned to junk after 2 months occasional use. Do not buy!

One of the main screws to remove to put on the side panel was lodged in too deeply, we were unable to remove it. So we returned it, exchanged it for another and the new one had the same issue. Returned it, too bad, it was for Fathers Day.

Grill was what to be expected. Giving 4 stars due to the store not telling me until I arrived that it was the floor model pre assembled AND was missing the igniter. Seeing other people’s reviews on this item, It’s a very lightweight grill. The grates seem like they are good quality, might be hard to clean in the little crevices between the grates but it’ll burn off. Going to contact charbroil to see if they will send me a replacement igniter.

We've had this grill for 1 year. It is fine. When we fired it up for the first time this season, it wouldn't start and we were concerned that we'd have to replace parts on it already. It worked eventually but I wouldn't be surprised if this isn't a long lasting grill for us. Also, my husband hates the V shaped grates. Says they are hard to clean. I am looking for replacement grates that are the more traditional style.

The grill itself is very attractive and a good price point. The only issue I have is the design of the grates. It is literally impossible to get thoroughly clean unless you want to take the grates off each time to clean them. Let’s be real though, ain’t nobody got time for that. Honestly I’m disappointed in myself for choosing this grill because now I’ve either got to drag it to the store for a return or just deal with the crappy design.

I like it very well. Made of lightweight steel but not flimsy. Does what it needs to, burners are capable of getting REALLY hot for searing. Assembly fairly tough but didn’t have to redo anything. I’ve owned Weber, KitchenAid and other Char-Broils, this one is as good as any. They ALL rust out/rot out in due course from the heat and a couple hundred bucks every 2-3 years makes more sense to me that $1,000 or more every 3-4 years. I also like no doors as getting to the cylinder handle is a lot easier without them.

I have bought several Charbroil grills over the years. This has to be my least favorite of them all. After owning this grill for about a year now. I'm not a fan of these antiflare grill grates. These grates clog up very easy. Using several different cleaning brushes, not one of them can get all the gunk cleared out. I have taken a drywall mud knife to help scrap out what the brushes can't get. Also the other day as the wife was moving the grill, I noticed the bottom part of the grill come up. After looking the grill over, I had noticed just about every screw has loosened up over the year. One mounting screw has fallen completely out over the year. I have never had a grill start to come apart after one year. Also never seen screws loosen upon their own. This might be my last Charbroil grill.

Haven’t used it yet… that said, box was in okay shape packed well but grill is dented . So it comes down to shipping it back or finishing the build. Also, directions are awful for the build. Looks like 2 people wrote them without talking to each other.

This grill is cheaply made. Once I put the grill together and then connected the propane the gas line was bad. It would not connect to the propane and seal correctly. Unsafe.
