A: It wasn’t clear in the second to last diagram in the directions but you unscrew the igniter push button and it goes there.

A: No. Model # 463655421 is not natural gas convertible. This grill can only be used with a 20 pound propane tank.

Q: We use propane as gas for our home and have a direct connection to our old barcacue which is being replaced. Can I use this connection instead of the 20 propane tank?

Q: We just purchased the grill and together but having a hard time placing the hose in the proper place..it seems like the hose is to long and won’t go in straight it keeps going as a slant…any suggestions

Got this to replace my 10 yr old CharBroil Tru Infrared.Very disappointed in this one. Have had flare ups, a lot. Porcelian grates are in terrible shape after 4 uses. Unable to get all the gunk out, even after using their foam cleaner, and scrubbing away. The vent holes are gunked and can't clean. The former one with the emmitter tray was so much better. Plus the tent covers for the burner units are so small no wonder there are flare ups. Overall not really happy with the Amplifire grill, but I have no choice. I now use foil and or grill mats to cook on for easier cleaning. Most likely will have to order reploacement grates already. Very disappointed.

Very nicely constructed grill. All stainless steel and attractive (don't know how well this stainless will weather). May take you over an hour to assemble but the parts are laid out nicely and it is verty easy to put together with just a philips screwdriver. Compact, easy to find a space for and perfect for a small family. Haven't used it yet but I expect it will be perfect for our needs.

This is the cutest grill and does a great job grilling and charring. Setting it up was rather easy, just time consuming, took me about an 1 hour and 15 mins. I would give it 5 ⭐️ if it wasn’t for the grill grates. They are interconnected and you have to remove them and wash them in the sink after almost every time using it. If I could switch out the grill grates for something that would let marinade drip down to the drip tray then I would love this thing.

I love this grill for juicy meat and veggies. This seems to be a lower quality version of their THU infrared grills. It is painful to clean the grates as the grates and emitter are made of one piece and the holes where the heat comes out is on the bottom where all the fat and gunk collects. For it to work properly you need to clean them after each use, I bought their brushes, sprays etc and it is still a pain. Their better grills have separate stainless-steel emitter plates and porcelain-coated cast-iron grates with the holes in the emitters covered by the plates which seem to be much easier to clean and maintain. I would suggest going for a higher end model to avoid this problem.

Poor ignition Location. I Replace This Exact Same Model And The Old Model Store The Battery On The Bottom Of It. Now This New One Cheaped Out On The Ignition And I Can't Start It In The Rain. Design Flaw.

I love the size of the BBQ and the looks BUT it’s rusting even with a water proof cover. Also it took over 2 hours to assemble by someone that is an expert of assembling. Contacted Target about issue and no one responded. Dissatisfied with service and BBQ and I just used it 4 times since June!!!

The grill arrived with a warming grill that is bent. Although I pretreated the grates food seems to stick. I also find it hard to find the correct temperature. I much preferred my less expensive Char-broil grill.

This grill is made very well and is even cute. With it only being my husband and I it was time to stop buying the big grills. When our last grill rusted out and died we decided to get this little gem. Very thankful that we did because there’s still a lot of room for grilling. You could easily cook 12 or more hamburgers at once.
